Factory Tour FAQ
Is it necessary to make a reservation for the factory tour?
Yes.
Because of limited capacity, we kindly ask that you make a reservation in advance via phone or online.
When does the reservation open?
Reservation is available starting one month prior to your preferred tour date.
By when should I make a reservation?
By 4:00PM on the day before your preferred visit date.
Can I change my reservation details?
You can change the reservation date and the number of people from the customer My page.
If you have made a reservation with advanced payment by credit card, any additional charge or refunds for the price difference will be automatically processed.
※ You cannot change the payment method from the one selected at the time of reservation.
※Changes may not be possible depending on the reservation status.
Is it possible to cancel me reservation?
You can cancel from the customer My page.
What payment method are available?
Please make a prepayment via credit card for reservation made online and pay in cash for tickets purchases for phone reservation.
I haven't received a confirmation email after making an online reservation or cancellation.
We will send you a confirmation email for your reservation and cancellation shortly. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, there may be an issue with your reservation or cancellation. Please contact us by phone for further assistance.
What happens to the fee if I cancel on the day of the tour?
As a general rule, the fee is non-refundable.
Can I make multiple reservations in one day?
Reservations are limited to one per day to allow more people the opportunity to participate in the factory tour.
About the Factory Tour
Are there any days when the factory tour is not available?
We are closed on Sundays and Mondays, including the restaurant and shop.
We have year-end and New Year holidays, as well as irregular designated holidays.

The capacity is 30 people, including kids.
The maximum number of people for online reservation is 10.
Is self-guided tour available?
For safety reasons, self-guided tours are not allowed. All tours are guided.
Are tours available in other languages?
No, yours are only available in Japanese.
We have guide books in English, Korean, and Chinese. Please ask a staff member if you would like one.
Is photography or video recording allowed during the tour?
Generally, photography is allowed, but there are some areas where it is prohibited. Please follow the guide's instruction.
※Please refrain from using flash photography, as it may cause malfunction of the machinery. Additionally, kindly avoid taking photos that may disturb other visitors.
Is it allowed to bring food and drinks?
Please refrain from bringing food and drinks for hygiene management reasons.
Can I visit the shop without joining the factory tour?
Yes, you can visit the shop without participainting in the factory tour.
The shop is open from 10:00AM to 5:00PM.
Can I bring my pets? ( Except for servuce dogs)
Pets are not allowed, except for service dogs.
Is there a suttle bus service?
No, we do not have a shuttle bus service.
Please use public transportation, a car, or come on foot.
(Parking is limited)
Can I take my child on the factory tour?
Yes, Children are welcome to join the factory tour.
We provide one soft drink for children between the ages of elementary school and 19 years old.
